The hotel is conveniently located just outside Sauze but close to a lift to take you to the main ski area. It is also a short walk downhill to transfer back to the airport. the family rooms are spacious and include a balcony and shared bathroom, perfect for families with children. the staff is welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to cater to dietary requirements and even baking a birthday cake. After a long day on the slopes, the hotel offers a cozy lounge with a log fire and afternoon tea.
The hotel's dinner menu could be more varied and the portion sizes for the main course are a bit small.

Great skiing location near lifts with little to no queues. the staff were amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the rooms provided a comfortable stay and the shuttle bus made travel to the lifts easy.
The food was not always as exceptional as previous reviews suggested, with limited choices and not knowing dinner's content. some rooms did not have the best views.

The hotel offers great value for money with its cozy feel and convenient location near the slopes. The staff provides excellent service, taking guests to and from the lifts and even offering transportation to other ski areas. The hotel boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains from rooms with balconies, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the scenery.
All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

The rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and some even have a balcony to enjoy the scenery. The basic amenities are provided, including a shared bathroom with plentiful hot water. And let's not forget about breakfast - a hearty start to the day!

Friendly and homely atmosphere, good value and filling evening meals. Convenient location just a short walk from ski lift and well-equipped ski room.
The lack of choice for dinner and poor standard of included boxed wine.
